Please find attached registration for this years golf tournament. The golf tournament is scheduled for July 5th, 2013.

This year we will be hosting our tournament at Hawkridge Golf & Country Club in Orillia, ON

We have early bird rates until June 5th, register soon, there is only a limited number of spots.

We now accept credit card as well for easy registration.
